Model Objects

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Model objects represent the model which the diagramming framework presents. The model object implementation is provided by the application and connected to the presentation layer via the IModelObject interface. Model objects can be inserted, edited, deleted and stored by the diagramming framework. The characteristics of model objects influence the behavior of their representing shapes and the state of the model object can determine the appearance of its shapes.
